Aachen - Toledo Association, we organize a reading with the theme "Love Poetry".

Federico García Lorca (1898 -1936).

In addition to Jorge Luis Borges and Octavio Paz,
he is probably the most famous Spanish poet in Germany - besides Cervantes.
His life ended much too early in 1936, at the beginning of the Spanish Civil War,
when he was murdered by the Fascists.

His play - especially "Bernarda Alba's House" - captivated millions of spectators.
