The Aachen retail trade is introducing simplified COVID related access control from Saturday, 11.12.21:
From now on, you can obtain a so-called "2-G-Kontrollbändchen" (paper ribbon) after showing the appropriate proof once in a retail store in Aachen. This eliminates the sometimes cumbersome obligation to show proof again before entering each store that you have either been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus or have recovered after an infection.
When issued, the yellow ribbons contain the current date and are valid for three days, i.e. on the day of issue plus two additional days.
